SHIPPING
All items are created and shipped from our studio in Anaheim, California. Each order is meticulously prepared for shipping, with a focus on the worst-case scenarios—not that we expect any, but it's prudent to consider the 'what-ifs.' As such, we prioritize the protection of corners and ensure ample padding is provided.
The shipping cost is determined at checkout and items are sent via FedEx, complete with tracking confirmation. The cost is dependent on the package's size, weight, and the delivery destination.
We highly value offering cost-effective shipping services to our customers. Therefore, if the shipping cost for your order is less than the amount initially paid, we will credit the difference back to your original payment method. Conversely, if the shipping cost exceeds the amount paid, we will absorb the additional cost.
Insurance is available for all orders upon request and will be charged to the customer accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Delivery confirmation and tracking are available for select countries. Insurance is available for purchase upon request. Customers are responsible for all taxes, customs, or any additional fees associated with their country during customs clearance. The shipping cost does not cover these additional fees.
SHIPPING POLICY
For international orders, all of the above conditions apply, with the additional note that clients are fully responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or other fees incurred during customs clearance, which are not the responsibility of Luckie Design Co.
